      • Tracking number is usually 10-30 characters long
      • May contain letters and numbers

      Adult Signature Required

      All VAZPE shipments require adult signature upon delivery due to age-restricted product regulations.

      • Someone 18+ (21+ in US) must sign for package
      • Valid government-issued ID required
      • Package cannot be left unattended
      • Delivery attempts made during business hours

      Missed Delivery Options

      If you miss a delivery attempt, you have several options to receive your package.

      • Schedule redelivery with carrier
      • Pick up at local carrier facility
      • Arrange delivery to workplace
      • Contact carrier for alternative arrangements

      Tracking Issues & Support

      My tracking number isn’t working or shows no information

      Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after this period, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

      My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it

      Check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. Packages may also be left in a secure location. If you still can’t locate your package, contact the carrier first, then our customer service team for assistance.

      My package has been stuck in one location for several days

      This can happen due to customs processing, weather delays, or high shipping volumes. International packages may experience longer delays during customs clearance. Contact us if your package hasn’t moved for more than 5 business days.

      Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

      Address changes after shipment are handled by the carrier. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to request address changes. Additional fees may apply, and changes aren’t always possible depending on package location.
